This girl,
this woman –
A puzzle,
a phenomenon,
Few words can describe,
The ecstasy
The journey,
That will leave you
Elated
Desolated
And still
Yearning
In the smile
So sensuous
A lingering essence,
Of the woman –
The half
That completes you
Yet leaves you
Yearning
And now
You fight,
For reasons unknown,
Her logic,
Her ration
Are alien to
Your own,
Is this your life?
You wonder aloud,
You look for the magic,
The mystical sounds,
Remains evasive,
Grayness surrounds,
Only
The familiar
Yearning
And suddenly
Through the darkness,
The sound
Of her laughter
And just like that
Grayness disappears,
She comes to you,
Her feathery touch,
Her lilting voice,
Once again
Mesmerized,
You know
You are doomed,
When she
Cuddles up to
You
And leaves you
Satiated
But
Yearning

Nice! The indenting reminds me of one book by James Frey. That was not poetry, though.
Why no title?
err...no clue why no title...maybe cos its incomplete. i wanted to parallel it with a version of wat girls go through...so i have the concluding stanza about how all of this all about yearning and that love and yearning are synonyms in that sense..am still in the process of it.
Deep!
Wordsworth in the making! :P
oh and ya..the title wil be...any guesses???
you got it....'YEARNING!'
haha
Interesting... and rather intense! :)
